Mrs. Parsons will truly be missed. Not only was she an angel to the world but a second mother to me. Steve and I spent the majority of our teen years together chasing girls and trying to stay out of trouble. She was always trying to get us to settle down but you know how teenage boys could be. My fondest memory was when she stayed with our boy a hour troop in a gym at then Carswell AFB in the Dallas Ft Worth area. She was able to wrangle all of us into our sleeping bags around d 2am. She was defiantly a mother to a lot of us. I will always cherish my memories and miss Mrs. Parsons. I know she is in a better place, probably sitting with Mr. Parsons and my parents watching Steve and I was we continue our lives. Of course there is probably a lot of head shaking and comments like ‘those boys.’ My love to her family.
