Alysa Gaye Brunn Wiggins, born July 24, 1980 in Beaumont, Texas to David Arthur Brunn and Sheilah Maureen Howard, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 in Beaumont, Texas.
Alysa was preceded in death by her step grandparents Milton and Ollie Patin, her maternal grandparents Ralph & Juanita Howard, stepfather in law, Harry Packer and her paternal grandfather, Arthur F. Brunn.
She is survived by her loving husband, Cory Michael Wiggins of Vidor, Texas; children, Michael Wiggins and Hunter Wiggins of Vidor, Texas; sister, Amanda Aguillard; brother, Chris Franks; father and stepmother, David and Arlene Brunn; mother and stepfather, Sheilah and Robert Hudock; grandmother, Marie Brunn; mother in law, Edie Packer; father in law, Dennis Wiggins; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
Alysa was a devoted mother to Michael and Hunter. Her family was everything to her.
She graduated from the Florida Institute of Animal Arts as a Vet Tech and was passionate about all animals even as a young girl. One of her dreams was to have a place in the country big enough to take care of all the strays she came upon. She was extremely compassionate towards people, animals and life itself.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 29, 2016 at Joseph J. Earthman Generations, 234 Westcott Street in Houston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. A reception will follow the service.
