Elizabeth Ann DeMeo, born February 9, 1944 in Ganado, Texas to Howard E. and Mary Ann Dorris, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017, in Houston, Texas.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Mary Ann, and her husband J.A. DeMeo.
She is survived by her son, Chris DeMeo and his wife, Debbie, and their daughters Sofia and Katherine, as well as her younger brother, Howard E. “Butch” Dorris, Jr.
Elizabeth was a Registered Nurse who led the Dallas County Tuberculosis Clinic and spent many years as a school nurse in the Dallas Independent School District.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 6, 2017 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway, Houston Texas, 77025.
