Juanita Ingersoll McGary 95, passed away Easter morning April 16, 2017 in Houston, Texas. Mrs. McGary previously lived in Cameron and Moundsville, West Virginia. She was born October 5, 1921, the daughter of Charles and Bessie Ingersoll of Mt Hope, West Virginia. Juanita was a long-time member of Washington Lands Methodist Church. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband William R McGary, and a brother Charles Ingersoll. She is survived by two daughters Connie Gengelbach and her husband Dr. James Gengelbach in Lakeland, Florida, and Bonnie Mineo and the husband Dr. Michael Mineo of Houston, Texas. Also surviving is a sister, Wanda Mae Woodruff, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. We give special thanks to Ms. Lena Kavouris and Alma Contreras for their loving friendship and care they provided Juanita for the last five years.
A memorial service will be held in Houston at Park Manor Rehab,11910 Richmond Avenue, Houston, Texas, at 10:30am on Sunday, April 23. Rev. Howard Caesar of Unity Church will be officiating.
Juanita was a devoted loving wife and mother and will be missed by her family and friends.
