Obituary of Harold Stanley

Harold Eugene Stanley, born in 1953 in Knoxville, Tennessee, joined our Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Conroe, Texas. Harold proudly served his country in the United States Army, 101st Airborne Division, honorably discharged in 1974, and attended the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After an accomplished career in the oil and gas industry, Harold devoted his life to working with the Adult Religious Education and music programs at his church. Harold was preceded in death by his father, Ralph, mother, Opal and beloved daughter, Christi. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Jean; beloved children, Kevin, Geoff, Tony and Kristen; granddaughters, Brianna, Elise and Gianna; and his faithful furry companions, Pablo and Bitbit. A memorial mass honoring Harold's life will be celebrated at 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 26777 Glen Loch Drive in Spring, Texas. A reception with the family will immediately follow. In Lieu of flowers the family requests and would appreciate donations be made in Harold's name to Sts. Simon and Jude's "Season of Giving Fund".
