What a great man and friend. I first met Gordon when I was 16 and working for my father’s construction Co Gordon was the architect on the John Weasley Methodist Church and I was doing the final cleaning. Gordon treated me very well and as time went on we became good friends and build many fine buildings together. I had the pleasure of traveling with Gordon and Janet several times. They were always fun to be with. Gordon and I once scuba diving at night on a shipwreck at Grand Cayman. When we returned to the surface he said that he was afraid but went down because he didn’t want me to know that he was afraid. I said that I was afraid also but didn’t want to chicken out either. Well life is short but with Christ in your life the best is yet to be. Gary. Howdy to Bruce Fehr.

Please accept my most sincere condolences. During my years as superintendent in the Klein ISD, I had numerous meetings and conversations with Gordon as he helped us design and renovate campuses. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Those of us who were privileged to know him have lost a true friend.
Best wishes,
Jim Cain
