I thought about your mother recently and wanted to try and find her. I didn’t know she had passed away in 2018 as we had lost touch for many years. I attended church with Cynthia at Isle of Palms Baptist. I was young in my 20s and she was a mentor to me. I can remember how encouraging she was when I was dating my (now) husband. We had been engaged and broken up for a season and she believed we were supposed to be together. She was elated when we got back together and married. Here is what she wrote in our wedding card. I have now been married for almost 30 years and still remember her support and love. I want you to know that I’ll never forget your beautiful mother.
