Jean, Jim, Jeannie and Tom, I was looking at Newspapers.com and ran across the obituary for Nan. It was a shock to find. I always enjoyed all of my visits with her and all of you. She has been my contact for your family and I will truly miss her as I know that all of you do. I send my to sympathy to all of you. Your cousin, Dave Johnson

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I unfortunately just saw this. Nan was the sweetest person I could have ever been around and worked with in my life. I had just gotten my license in 1983 and went to work for Ben Pfeffer. They had an office at Dairy Ashford cross the street from Stratford High School. I remember the 1st day I had a customer to help find an apartment. I didn't know what to do? She "shooed" me out the door and said you'll be OK. Just remember to walk behind him/her and let the leasing agent do the talking.... Oh My! I made it through the day! ... with her guidance to work another Shell Oil new grad. My heart is heavy knowing she's not here anymore to smile and tell someone else.... You'll be OK.... God Bless your family as my prayers and thoughts are with you.

This candle is lit in memory of Nan, who was one of the sweetest persons I have ever met. I will always remember her kind ways. She would gladly take my shift when I needed to be with my son years ago. Sitting next to Nan at work has been a gift and a blessing. She shared funny stories and she always brightened my day. I will never forget you sweet Nan. Prayers to Nan's family. I am so sorry for your loss.
