"I just saw her preparing food in the kitchen for our Lady of Guadelupe celebration in December. She was most happy when she was busy in the kitchen. I worked with her in the Kitchen for the Vacation Bible School at Sts. Simon and Jude several years ago. She had a talent for catering and taught me a lot of new info on preparing good food for lots of people. She will have a special place in heaven. I will pray for her family that their happy memories will bring them many blessings."
