Obituary of Lupe Arias

Lupe M. Arias, age 77, born December 17, 1937, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Lupe was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Emma Anita Peterman. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Victor R. Arias, Jr.; daughters, Margi Duncan and Tina Peterman and husband, Mitja; son, Victor A. Arias and wife, Denna; grandchildren, Elysse Arrington, Peyton Duncan, Hailey Arias, Victor Austin Arias, Logan Peterman, and Ava Peterman; great-grandchildren, Zella and Yvonne Arrington; siblings, Delores Perez, Gloria Gonzalez and Roy Miranda. An evening reception with the family will begin at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 23, 2015. All services will be held at El Mesias United Methodist Church, 406 East Rittenhouse Street. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale cemetery in Houston, Texas.
