Obituary of Carter Mayes Watts

Carter Mayes Watts, born October 31, 2000 in Houston, Texas to Courtney J. Mayes and John D. Watts, died January 18, 2021, in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his mother, Courtney J. Mayes and father, John D. Watts; step-mother, Briana Watts; and siblings Neysa and Nico Watts; grandparents, Toni Edwards and Jon Rollo, Leslie Watts, and Rosana and Brian Watts; aunts and uncles, Danielle Mayes Schidlowski, Ashley and Mark Anderson, Kelsey and Ismael Berumen, and Tiffany and Ty Huffer; cousins, Tate Schidlowski, Chloe Schidlowski, Rebecca Grooms, Graham Sorrel, Carson Huffer, Sophia Berumen and Carmen Berumen.

Carter's interests included cooking, fishing, and scuba diving among others.

A visitation and viewing will take place from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday January 23, 2021 at Joseph J. Earthman Generations, 234 Westcott Street in Houston, Texas.

A service will be held later in the year to be determined at a later date.
