Allyson made friends easily and treasured her teacher friends, former students and her customers during her time of employment at the Kroger Company and she had an infectious sense of humor.

Allyson also loved music, from classical to Broadway hits, Elvis and other music from the 50's, 80's and Country and Western songs.  She combined her love of travel and the theater by always taking in a play or two on family trips to New York, London and Toronto.
