My beautiful friend of 42 years will be missed tremendously. She had the kindest and most beautiful heart. She was so elegant, but had the fighting spirit of a warrior. I am so grateful for her friendship and for all of the beautiful memories that we shared from being roommates in college, vacations, marriages, births, raising our children, all of the visits to see each other and in the end our faith in God to bring peace to both of us as we said goodbye. I can say, with all honesty, that we never had a cross word with each other, a tribute to her genuinely sweet disposition. I hope that AJ and the boys know that they will forever be in my prayers.
