Theophil Foltyn died in peace, on Thursday, April 28, 2022.

Theophil was preceded in death by his wife, Helen, and his parents, Frank and Anne Foltyn. He is survived by his children, David and his wife, Sharon, Mark, Barbara and Fr. Paul;  grandchildren, Phillip and Elizabeth; and one great-granddaughter.

Theophil was a long-time parishioner at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

A Visitation will be held on 6:00 p.m.,Thrusday, May 5th, 2022 followed by a Vigil and Rosary at 7:00 p.m., A Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, May 6th, 2022 in Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway in Houston, Texas.  

The Rite of Committal will immediately follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hallettsville, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Theophil’s name can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
