Aunt Julie,
I have revisited so many wonderful memories in the last few days. I’ve been by the house and still think you’re gonna come downstairs or out of the kitchen so excited to see me every time. Always saying everything I needed to hear. Always wisdom, always telling me it was gonna be OK when I knew it probably would not.
So today and tomorrow we will celebrate your beautiful life here on earth. Love you to the moon and back,
Always will be your Eileenie

Aunt Julie,
Thank you for loving me unconditionally; for loving my family and always making us feel like we were the most important people in the room! For beginning every telephone conversation or when i would come see you: with "Hi Darling, my sweetheart!"
For sharing your memories/adventures of mom, Tati and Grandpa Machin with us! And how John Paul reminded you so much of Jacques Machin. I love the pictures here: especially when I was pregnant with John Paul and my labor wasn't progressing. The nurses were telling me they were going to have to do a C-Section; and you had just driven in from Austin around 3 a.m. You came straight to the hospital and you had your holy water with you...you were sprinkling it on me and my belly; blessing us; and immediately, my labor started progessing and John Paul was born.
Another piece of my heart is missing, but I know I have another angel in Heaven guiding me!

Julie you are at peace in the presence of Jesus and are reaping the rewards of a life well lived. You leave your children that you taught and showed how to follow in the footsteps of Christ. You will be missed. I always felt welcome in your home and enjoyed the time I spent with you. You will live on in your grandchildren.

We thank you for the gift of your faith which you shared with all. These pictures show you at Mary Catherine’s confirmation and your last Mother’s Day mass. So glad we have so many memories of celebrating sacraments and special days with you in church! May the angels lead you into paradise to share an eternal face to face with God being held in the arms of Jesus and wrapped in the mantle of Mother Mary.

Mom we love you and will always remember the celebrations we shared with you like this last one on James' birthday May 7th. You always made every encounter with you an encounter with the love and mercy of Christ and that is what drew all to you. Your love lives on in us.
