Obituary of Patricia Sedita Hannah
Patricia Lou Sedita Hannah was born on the 14th of July 1947, in Houston, Texas to Thomas and Ada Sedita, their fourth and youngest daughter. She died at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, the 24th of December 2022, in Houston, Texas at the age of 75. She fought a courageous battle with breast and lung cancer.
She attended and graduated Incarnate Word Academy in 1965. Then started a career in the title industry where she has worked over 56 years. She is currently employed by Riverway Title Company and is an honorary member of the Amiketos Club.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father Thomas T. Sedita, mother Ada Sedita, and husband of 41 years Billy K. Hannah and granddog Romeo . She is survived by three sisters, Sandra Smith, Judith Byrne and Tommie Lee Sedita; two daughters, Stacy Garcia and husband Bernie Garcia, Jr., Tessa Hannah and wife Cynthia Hannah; grandchildren, Mike, Alexa, Nicole, Sebastian and Ariana; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Bernie Garcia, Mike Garcia, Afana Zeidan, Ricky Smith, Justin Gunn, Bryan Wismeg, Robert Harrod, and Thomas Cantu.
Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was loved and adored by all who knew her. She will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed.
Family and Friends are invited to visitation 1:30 PM, Rosary 2:00 PM and a Mass 2:30 PM on the 31st day of December 2022 at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, 6622 Haskell Street, Houston, TX 77077. A Reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall. Interment to follow at a later date at Mount Hope Cemetery, Wells, TX.
