Jay Phillips, born November 5, 1949, died peacefully on December 26, 2024.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, 22800 Aldine-Westfield Road in Spring, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, January 3, 2025 also at St. James.
The Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross cemetery in Houston, Texas.
