Obituary of Alice Shepherd

Alice Marie Shepherd passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Alice was born in Houston, Texas to William M. and Nellie Shepherd. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Gerlach; and nephews, David and Dan. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Greenwood and husband, Jim; Cindy Criswell and husband, Charles; brother, Marcus Shepherd and wife, Kay; cousins, Brownie Beth and Jane; nieces, Kathy, Judy and Mary; nephews, Gary, Willie and Michael; grandchildren, Brandy and partner, Leslie, Steven and wife, Randi, Ryan and Christopher; and great-grandchildren, Brittany, Aubree, Scott, Oliver and Nora. Alice resided in Pattison, Texas where she loved to garden in her many hats. We will miss her strong spirit and her loving smile. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Joseph J. Earthman Generations, 234 Westcott St. in Houston, Texas.
