Our precious little Rita. When I was a kid, all the Baker kids were our friends. Our two families were close friends back in the 1960s; we lived about 3 houses away from each other. Gregg and Barbara were my childhood friends. Ricky and Gary were a little older. I remember the Cleboski family, Frank and Myrtle and their children. I remember their Baker grandparents, Francis and Norma (Nana) and going to their beach house in Jamaica Beach. Mostly, I remember how beautiful and kind Rita was. I remember her and Richard being at my own mother’s funeral in 2000 and how much that meant to me. Much love to all of you.
