Jo Ann Bragg Leonetti (Klawinksy) was born on November 16, 1966, in Houston, Texas to Rose Ann Leonetti. Jo Ann unexpectedly left this Earth on February 24, 2021, in Sugar Land, Texas.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her loving grandparents, Joseph Leonetti and Vita Sedita Leonetti, and her loving brother, Donald J. Leonetti.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer K. Bragg and her husband, Tyler Kahlden; mother, Rose Ann Leonetti; grandsons, Aiden and Ace Kahlden; former husband, James R. Bragg; godmother, Mary Ann Palermo Bankston; aunt and uncle, Candi and Damon Leonetti, sister-in-law, Jennifer Leonetti; nephew, Matthew J. Leonetti; niece, Lauren L. Leonetti; cousins, Casey Leonetti and her husband, Erik Cooper, and Laura Leonetti. Jo Ann leaves behind best friends, Candy, Laura, Leslie, Sandra and Jo-Marie. She was loved by many other family members and friends, as well.

Jo Ann was a woman of many talents. Cooking was her passion and she loved to host parties and cater events. Some of her favorite activities were road trips, concerts, sports events and the rodeo. Her favorite place of all was the Diamond Mine in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. The last trip she took with Jeni, Aiden and Ace was this past September. She was so excited to share that experience with the kids. Jo Ann was also a collector and her favorite collections were her coffee mugs, shot glasses and ticket stubs.

Jo Ann was a social butterfly, too, and she had friends in all parts of the world. She was known for her contagious smile, beautiful green eyes, big dimples and outgoing personality. Most importantly, she was known for her kindness to others. She was always first in line to help out anyone she could.

The things she loved the most were not things at all, they were people, especially her family. She spent as much time as she could with her grandsons, Aiden and Ace. She cherished her relationship with them and was always looking for new places to take them and new hobbies for them to try. Jo Ann loved fiercely. She was loyal, independent and kindhearted.

She will be sorely missed by her loving family and friends, and her beloved cats, Blizzard, Ozzy and Ruby.

A visitation with the family will begin at 2:30 pm., with a funeral service celebrating the life of Jo Ann at 3:30 p.m., on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at LifePointe Church, 19505 Vicksburg Blvd in Missouri City, Texas.  The wearing of masks and respecting social distancing is required.
