Mr. Gerry will always be in my heart and I am truly sadden. I will Cherish our memories of him hiding my water bottles and laptop in the cafeteria. He was always a call away and would do anything you asked him to. His smile and spirit was bright and made work enjoyable! He always had a kind word or something to say to make me laugh. I will Always hold a place for him in my heart. Seeing him so peaceful yesterday at his wake, made my heart smile because I know he is playing pranks in heaven. Rest Easy Mr. Gerry. Love you!

Every encounter that I had with Mr. Gerry was always pleasant. He had the funniest personality. He will be missed by many at TCMS. May he rest in peace.

I’m going to miss Gerry sooo much! I’m heartbroken, It was an honor to work with him & known him for many years. He was one of a kind, and he had the biggest heart ever. Our daily talks were the highlight of my days, we loved sharing our hunting stories, family stories, life stories, etc. I’m going to miss everything about him. RIH Gerry, love you! Your TCMS family will forever remember you.

A wonderful human being, who made me feel like family from the moment I walked through the door. Gerry was secretly an awesome dancer who always cut a step when we were working on something in theater! Never ever saw him in a bad mood, and nobody meant more to the culture of Twin Creeks Middle School!

I first met Gerry as an awkward 6th grader entering middle school at Twin Creeks. He was funny, kind, and always took time to talk to students throughout the day to make sure we were doing okay. As I started my career in education as a paraprofessional and then a teacher I got the opportunity to work at Twin Creeks and to my surprise Gerry was still working when I got my job offer. He was still funny, still kind, and still took his time to talk with students throughout the day to see how they were doing. He was one of the kindest, silliest, hard working human beings I have had the privilege of meeting and befriending. My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Gerry at this time.
Rest Easy G!!!
