Father Sikorski was our coach at Blessed Sacrament in 1972-1974. He was the MAN. Highly respected and loved, he took part in all our sports activities. About 10 years ago and looked him up and found that he lived 3 minutes from where I worked. I got to visit him at St. Dominic's and he remembered me! He actually had the team signed football we had given him back in 1974 on his shelf. He said it was the few things he actually had kept. I wish I had that football now. We called him Father and I have to say he was one of the finest persons I have ever known, I will miss him. David Almendarez

A great lifelong friend and spiritual director. As a boy at Assumption to baptizing my daughter at St. Stanislaus. He stayed true to the end. May Gods light shine upon you Father!

Saddened to hear of the passing of Father Louis Sikorski. Deepest sympathy to his family. So many memories of Father Louis during his many years at St. Stanislaus parish in Anderson Texas. My family is very thankful for all he did for us and our parish. My wife and I were married by him in 1984. All 3 of children enjoyed being able to alter serve with him as our priest. We remember his love for baseball and him being so proud of the 2006 Anderson-Shiro State Champion Baseball team. (Represented by several young men from our parish) Proud enough to have a State Champion sign placed in front of the church. His love for all our kids and him enjoying watching them sing and dance during summer CCE. And his love for the old fashion bazaars and homecoming which required the deep cleaning and painting of the bazaar pavilions every year. We love you Father Sikorski. Rest In Peace. Enjoy Heaven. Fr. Sikorski married my husband and I on May 6, 1978. He helped us tremendously with our wedding plans. Also ran in to Fr. Sikorski downtown at the chapel back in 2013 and he remembered me. He will be greatly missed. He was a fantastic priest. God Bless you, Sheila Stephens Kraatz
